• exchange or defective item can be claimed with in 4 days of receiving the parcel. After 5 days rut is not responsible for any type of exchange or refund. .

• For return request due to deffective item, you can request a change for the same item, or you can get refund in the form store credit which can be used for any future sale within 3 months..

• The item(s) must be in its original packing with the invoice.

• For orders within Pakistan, if an item has been wrongfully delivered (in terms of size, colour, or silhouette) the customer has the right to request an exchange..

• Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, if any purchased items are defective, a refund will be processed..

• All exchanges can only be made for the same product..

• All returns and exchanges for orders within Pakistan must be sent back to the address provided by rut at the customer’s expense..
