Exchanges And Returns

  • Items once purchased, cannot be returned unless found to be of defective quality.
  • exchange or defective item can be claimed with in 4 days of receiving the parcel. After 5 days rut is not responsible for any type of exchange or refund.

 

  • For return request due to deffective item, you can request a change for the same item, or you can get refund in the form store credit which can be used for any future sale within 3 months.
  • The item(s) must be in its original packing with the invoice.
  • For orders within Pakistan, if an item has been wrongfully delivered (in terms of size, colour, or silhouette) the customer has the right to request an exchange.
  • Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, if any purchased items are defective, a refund will be processed.
  • All exchanges can only be made for the same product.
  • All returns and exchanges for orders within Pakistan must be sent back to the address provided by rut at the customer’s expense.
  • If your product is defective, please email us or message directly to us on given contact number.
  • It would also be helpful if any photos of the defects can be shared with rut team on given contact number..

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order any time before the order has been processed or confirmed by our customer support team.
  • Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by us that will contain the tracking information.
  • rut reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including the stock unavailability, pricing imprecisions, or the declined payment by your authorized financial institution.
  • If an online payment was made, the customer will either be issued store credit or a refund.
  • A refund will be made to the same credit card that was used for the purchase and the amount may appear in your monthly credit card statement in 3-10 days.
